A new cultural initiative
Music brings
us together.
Sounds of Unity creates connections through music, culture and collaboration — across genres, generations and communities.
01 / Our beginning
Where music
becomes a meeting place.
Sounds of Unity is being shaped by a shared belief: music can open doors, carry stories and bring people into the same room.
Our first public chapter begins in London in September 2026, alongside the Boisdale Music Awards — celebrating musical excellence while creating space for new relationships, ideas and collaborations.
02 / What we’re building
One name.
Many possibilities.
- 01
Live & shared
Memorable performances, gatherings and encounters that connect artists and audiences.
- 02
Stories & voices
Championing the people, histories and ideas that give music its power and meaning.
- 03
Creative collaboration
Bringing artists, organisations and communities together around work with purpose.
- 04
Artist development
Helping independent artists clarify who they are, strengthen how they are presented and build a credible route forward.
03 / Seen & Heard
You have the music.Let’s make sure theworld understands theartist.
Seen & Heard is a six-week, one-to-one strategic development programme for independent artists with talent, ambition and something meaningful to say — but without the clarity, positioning or experienced support needed to move forward confidently.
Combining artist development, cultural strategy, marketing, storytelling, partnership thinking and carefully considered strategic connections, the programme helps artists understand what makes them distinctive and turn that into a focused, practical plan.
- 01
Understand
Where you are, where you want to go and what may be holding you back.
- 02
Position
What makes you distinctive, who you want to reach and why people should care.
- 03
Present
How your story, image and existing materials communicate your value.
- 04
Plan
A focused and realistic 90-day route forward.
- 05
Connect
The people, platforms, collaborations and opportunities that genuinely fit.
- 06
Activate
Clear priorities, immediate actions and a strategy you can put to work.
This is not about manufacturing an image or forcing artists into a formula. It is about seeing the whole artist, recognising what is already powerful and helping others recognise it too.
The right connections — made with purpose
Drawing on Louise O’Hara’s experience and relationships across music, culture, media, live events and commercial partnerships, Seen & Heard can identify valuable creative collaborations, relevant platforms and potentially transformative relationships.
Where an artist is ready and there is a strong, credible fit, selected strategic introductions may also be facilitated. Introductions are always carefully considered and cannot be guaranteed by number or outcome.
We identify the right relationships, help the artist become ready for them and, where a genuine fit exists, open the right door.
Commercial ambition with cultural purpose
Sounds of Unity believes artists can build sustainable careers while contributing something positive through their music, identity, collaborations and communities.
Every Seen & Heard strategy will explore the artist’s own authentic contribution to connection and change. This might take the form of representation, cross-cultural collaboration, community engagement, creative storytelling or work supporting a cause that genuinely matters to them.
Led by experience
Seen & Heard is led by Louise O’Hara, Founder of Sounds of Unity and a Cultural & Creative Strategist whose experience spans artist relationships, music programming, marketing, PR, brand strategy, partnerships and live events.
This is just the beginning
Ready to be
seen and heard?
We are inviting a small number of independent artists to join the founding Seen & Heard programme.
If you have strong music, a clear sense that you are ready for more and the commitment to act on experienced strategic guidance, we would like to hear from you.
